First record of X. crassiusculus in Slovenia

In Slovenia, X. crassiusculus was found casually in traps during a survey for early detection of the walnut twig beetle,Pityophthorus juglandis Blackman. On 1 August 2017, 117 reddish-brown beetles were caught in a trap in Podsabotin. Shortly after two beetles were foundalso in the sample collected from Prvačina.
